Mistine Clear Sunscreen Stick SPF 50+

Sunscreen applies easily with no mess. Can't even tell that you put it on. (Either you or others looking at you) No noticeable smell. Comes in a container like deodorant and you twist the bottom to expose the product. Which is very convenient. But, for $28.99 (at time of order/review) I feel it is slightly overpriced for the amount of product you get. But you are paying for the convenience, I guess.

I’ve been really like the Sunscreen Stick idea and being SPF 50+ its great. It goes on completely clear with no white cast and feels super lightweight on the skin. The stick is so easy to reapply throughout the day, especially over makeup without smudging or looking greasy. This stick formula feels smooth, oil-free, and comfortable even in warm weather. At 50+ SPF, it gives reliable sun protection without that heavy sunscreen feel. Definitely one of the most convenient sunscreen applications I’ve used. However, the stick is small. Not even a full ounce. For the price, the stick convenience is not worth it for me. I can buy a larger amount of good SPF sunscreen lotion for less. For me, the product is great. The idea is really nice, but the price is prohibitive.

I live in the South and have to use sunscreen year-round. I have tried many different kinds and am always experimenting with new ones to find the best. I didn't think Mistine UV Defense Face Crystal Sunscreen Stick SPF 50+, Transparent Sunscreen, No White would be any different from the others I already own, but I was wrong. This stuff is amazing!It comes in a small stick, which is perfect for keeping in my purse. The sunscreen is a lightweight serum gel that stays in place and doesn't burn my eyes, even after sweating for a while. You can't even feel it on your skin; it doesn't feel sticky or heavy at all. My face is extremely sensitive, but this product doesn't irritate my skin.I can even apply it over my makeup without it ruining anything. Plus, the stick doesn't leak or melt! I much prefer this to cream-style sunscreens for my face. I absolutely love this product! Oh, plus it's unscented!

For facial use, I found a regular sunscreen lotion easier to spread evenly across the skin.I can see the appeal for quick touch-ups or travel since the stick format is less messy and easy to carry, especially for reapplying sunscreen during the day.The biggest drawback is the price. At around $29 for less than one ounce, it feels very expensive for the amount of product you receive.Overall, this works fine as a portable sunscreen option, but I personally still prefer traditional cream-based sunscreens for regular use.

This face sunscreen really is crystal clear. It rubs on smoothly without pulling at the skin. The finish is slightly oily, but not overly shiny. It includes moisturizing ingredients, antioxidants, and barrier support, which may justify the higher price point compared to other face sunscreen sticks. The SPF 50 protection and compatibility with makeup are especially impressive. I couldn’t detect any scent in the product. Sunscreens often irritate my face and eyes as they move and travel, but this one didn’t give me any trouble and seems to stay in place. My skin tends to be on the dryer side, and I found this to be a great product for me as it moisturizers and adds a little brightness to an otherwise dull complexion

I love Korean skin care and have been looking for a new facial sunscreen, so I was excited to try this Mistine UV defense face crystal sunscreen stick. The crystal part is what interested me, because I wanted something that wouldn’t leave my face streaky or chalky looking. This totally fits the bell. As you can see from my picture, the actual stick is very clear. When it goes on, it adds a little bit of shine, but doesn’t have any kind of chalkiness or Pigment or color. It glides on easily and feels really nice on the skin. I think because it has the red rice extract, that’s supposed to help your skin, but the vitamin E makes my skin feel softer, and the squalane is supposed to help with your moisture, and I really like the combination of all of these in this sunscreen stick. It’s rated as SPF 50+ and is good for all skin types. I also like that it’s good for all skin shades as well. It’s super sheer and does not have much of a scent, which I really appreciate since I have a really sensitive nose. The directions say to reapply at least every two hours. This is not waterproof, but it’s great for a daily use sunscreen, and you can use it under or over your makeup. I really like this UV protection, and it’s my new favorite thing. Also, in order to move the stick, you just twist the bottom. I would definitely recommend this!

This UV defense crystal sunscreen stick is absolutely perfect for daily wear! It comes in a small deodorant shaped container that makes it easy to apply, as you just glide the stick all over your face and it takes no time at all to apply. I love that this sunscreen is in this easy to apply container because you don’t even need to get the product on your hands, and it makes it really convenient. In fact, I plan on getting another one of these just for my boyfriend to use because it seems like the perfect effortless way to apply SPF as part of your morning routine each day.This is the best facial sunscreen that I have tried so far just because of the ease of application as well as the product consistency. The sunscreen is a clear gel like texture, similar to clear gel deodorants. It feels smooth when it glides across your skin and lightweight, like it’s almost barely there after you’ve applied it. I live in Arizona, and keeping my skin protected from the sun is very important, so I’ve been making sure that I wear sunscreen every day before I go outside.I love the size of this sunscreen as well because it’s a travel sized product that’s perfect to throw in your bag. There’s no real scent that I can detect from the sunscreen, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated without drying it out. This is definitely my new go to everyday sunscreen, and I’ll definitely be getting another one once this one is gone. Would recommend!

I drive a convertible and love driving with the top down. If I'm driving for an hour in the Texas sun, then I'm getting full direct sunlight to my face for an hour. Creams and lotions are not a good option, inconvenient to apply and the goop gets on your hands and steering wheel. Sprays don't work well either, gets on seats and windshield. If I'm already in the car and seated, this works perfect. Easy to apply, no mess, and so far hasn't melted in my glove box. SPF 50 ready to go at a moments notice.This is not intended as a full body sun screen. It is best applied on the cheeks and nose, the places that are most likely to burn. The sunscreen its self is unique and hard to describe, it isn't waxy, wet, creamy, or a gel. It goes on so thin and smooth it is difficult to tell you applied anything, but it is there, and only enough to do the job. The applicator has a well designed twist up base and the quality of manufacture exceeds what one would expect in a disposable container. The entire package says luxury.For women, who I believe are the primary audience, this small applicator will not take up much space in a handbag or purse, and it will not leak and create a mess. You can quickly apply it discreetly without a lot of fuss and it will keep your face from burning in the sun.I was initially skeptical about the price, but I believe this product has earned it. A luxury item for sure, but sometimes this is appropriate.

As important as sunscreen is to your skin health, it can be a major annoyance trying to get it on and needing to wash your hands since more often than not, many sunscreens will leave your hands a bit greasy or with a white cast. I carry this in my purse because of how tiny it is so it's a breeze to re-apply without the need to wash my hands. It goes on smoothly and theres no weird residue or cast.While I enjoy the convenience of this product (and it doesn't break me out), I think it's a bit too expensive for the amount that you get.

Smaller than I was hoping for at the price point. However, instead of quantity you will get a high quality product as the sunscreen glides on smoothly without being greasy or oily. Definite plus especially since this product is made to be used for the face and oiliness would lead to pimples (for me anyway). Instead, this product is lightweight and is clear. No having to worry if white goop is all over my face like with traditional sunscreen lotions. While the price is on the high side, I think after using the product that the quality makes the price justifiable.

Having 2 kids in sports, I am outside all the time and sunscreen is always on out list of things to bring. I do normally use face lotion with spf30, but when I am already sweating, it just runs of and burns my eyes and leaves a chalky residue...same with my kids. This goes on very well and stays. Do a quick dry of the face, and apply this all over. You don't have to touch it with your hands and it doesn't run off your face. It is also spf50 which is very nice for Oklahoma summers with high UV index. For the high spf, and the fact that it doesn't run off your face, it is a very good value. It does get a bit softer when you leave it in the heat, but it still holds it shape and works as intended. I do recommend.

This is one of the easiest sunscreens I’ve ever used. It just glides onto the skin effortlessly. The sunscreen is completely clear with absolutely no white cast. I also like that it has a mild pleasant fragrance ( not artificial) without being overpowering.The active ingredients are Avobenzone, Homosalate, Octisalate, and Octocrylene, which are common chemical UV filters that provide broad-spectrum sun protection. Based on the ingredient combination, this feels like a solid everyday sunscreen for comfortable wear and easy reapplication. The formula feels high quality overall, and the fact that it’s made in Korea is a nice bonus.

This is the first sunscreen I've used that isn't greasy, this is great! I'm in my 50s with very oily, very sensitive, fair skin and I gave up on sunscreen years ago because every type I tried was too oily. Mistine's sunscreen has no scent and isn't oily when applied. It comes in a applicator similar to deodorant, just rotate the base to advance more sunscreen. It's an amber color and is solid. I had no oily residue on my skin and there was no scent.
